I met with Josie when I first became pregnant with my second child and wanted a regiment that would help me continue to look and feel good.  
As well, I was looking for exercises that would help me stave of back pain which I had experienced in my first pregnancy.  Josie was exceedingly knowledgeable and sensitive.  She guided me through exercises that were both safe and challenging.  Working with her was a fabulous experience!

I don't know how to thank Josie enough for all her fine skills and knowledge in leading me through my journey to fitness. I am seriously de-conditioned and was worried about my health. I met Josie when she substituted as an instructor for a Step and Strength class I was taking.  I had so much fun that day, I signed up for her aerobic kickboxing class.  Josie has a passion for fitness.
