I would love the chance to support you on your path to keep movement in your life, into older age. Are you new to exercise or getting back in the game? What are your goals? Are you post- injury or surgery? Do you need instruction on proper form? Does your child need extra support in a Homeschool Group setting? Those answers might be different for everyone. What I do, is help you along your movement journey. Together, let's figure out a plan that fits your life, helps you meet your goals, and is holistic by nature. About Me My name is Josie Salas, I am a Holistic Health Practitioner, a Group Exercise Instructor, Massage Practitioner and previous Personal Trainer. My own exercise background is in school age sports, martial arts/ kickboxing, high school sports, and group exercise. I have worked with various ages, from elementary school age to the older adult and people with special needs. My favorite type of client is someone that chooses to keep moving, even through the challenges of life. My focus in holistic health started when I realized I needed to be a warrior for my health and over come family health histories. Also, I want to be a good role model for my child, so his health journey is positive. |
