*All Classes range from 45-55 minutes in length.
Class Descriptions:
*Beginner's Fitness : Body weighted movements of strength and cardio and some weights. Feel free to bring a mat for core/stretch. Ability to get up and down on a mat with assistance from a chair is fine.
*Chair Fitness: 1-2lb weights, chair/wall support, balance drills, chair yoga and stretching.
